Variations may occur due to factors such as the severity of the pet’s needs, the size of the pet, and/or challenges in managing your pet. Any such adjustments will be communicated promptly.3. By purchasing or scheduling dog training, you confirm that you are the pet’s legal owner or guardian.4. You assume all associated risks and are fully responsible for any damages or injuries involving the pet, including those affecting the pet itself, others, or their pets, in connection with Mary Puppins Dog Training & Grooming Services. By signing, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian, and you consent to all terms of the Dog Training/Dog Grooming Terms, including indemnity and release, on your behalf and for the participant.8. The client acknowledges that the success of any dog training program depends on consistent practice of the techniques provided during sessions. Failure to implement these techniques at home may limit the effectiveness of the training, and as such, no refunds—partial or full—will be issued due to the client's lack of practice. The trainer cannot guarantee results without the client's active participation, and ongoing support will be available to guide the client throughout the process.9. Grooming payment is to be rendered promptly after grooming completion. Training payment for single sessions is due promptly after the time of lesson. Packages of lessons require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of service cost or to be paid in full up front. Any payments towards the lessons must be made at least per lesson. Failure to pay will result in blacklisting from my future services if this was not discussed prior.10. The Client agrees to provide the trainer with: 1) Honest and accurate information regarding the dog’s behavior, medical history, and training goals. 2) Ensure the dog is in good health and is up-to-date with all vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and parvovirus.
3) Practice recommended training techniques and exercises between sessions to reinforce the dog’s progress.

About Me

Owner and trainer Brandi aka "Mary Puppins" is a professional, balanced dog trainer that has dedicated their life to working with animals. Her passion for animals dates back to being a young girl growing up with dogs, horseback riding, and having a variety of pets from arachnids to rodents.Brandi is currently a veterinary assistant whose experience expands beyond her role helping animals live healthy lives. She has four years of experience as a dog trainer's assistant learning and applying light behavior modification, all levels of obedience, AKC rally, assistance and therapy training, and learning the basics of scent work. Additionally, she is working towards certification in canine nutrition and earning the hours required for a CPDT-KA certification and does basic grooming for your fluffy friend's needs!"I'm here to help build your dog's trust, confidence, and obedience through education, enrichment, and teamwork. Through a strong bond, only then will you flourish as one."

Pricing - IN HOME GROOMING!

Yes, I come to you!

We have a variety of grooming services available for your furry friend's needs! These are often done in the comfort of your home, as many dogs do not do well with the hustle and bustle of groomers and vet clinics.THESE SERVICES ARE RENDERED IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN PROPERTY. My prices consider gas, wear and tear on my gear and car, and my time.Note: I do not have a dryer, but will gladly use yours! Otherwise I will towel dry and apply deodorizer. My dryer should be shipped shortly!

Nail Clipping: Did you know? Dogs need their nails clipped every 3-4 weeks! This service is also available for exotics like birds, reptiles, guinea pigs, and more!
Ear Cleaning: You should check pet's ears weekly and give them a clean just like we do!Ear Hair Removal: Some dogs have very thick ear hair that holds in wax and moisture! For those dogs, it's important to make sure the ears are clear and clean, otherwise they can have chronic ear infections. Time for redoing it varies depending on your dog's individual hair growth rate.Sanitary Trim: For when your dog has too much hair for using the restroom. If they have a lot of hair, this prevents feces and urine from caking up and causing matting, burns, and ultimately skin infections.Dematting: If you haven't had the time or ability to travel with your high maintenance pet's coat, it's important to make sure they stay comfortable. Matting causing bruising and pain, interrupts blood flow and reduces your pet's field of motion. Keeping the mats away also makes it easier to bathe and keep track of your pet's skin!Stylized Trims: Following the same pricing scale as a dematting trim, a nice fresh cut for your baby to hit the town looking cuter than a button!Anal Gland Expression: The anal gland's in a dog are an obsolete organ that many cannot express while they have a bowel movement. Many dogs of all sizes need their glands expressed (on average) every 2-4 weeks.Signs that the glands are full include a foul odor of the rear, scooting their bottoms, and licking their bottoms, etc. The risks of neglecting their anal glands includes: impaction, infection, abscessing, and rupture--which is significantly more expensive than tending to the glands on a biweekly to monthly basis. Not to mention painful! Very uncomfortable!Bathing: Bathing is good for your dog, but an abundance of bathing can be bad for their skin. For traditional baths, I use deodorizing shampoo and spray and will gladly towel dry your fluffy friends (my dryer is on the way!) This includes brushing out extra fluff that remains to be styled. If you opt for a barkbath, it's more like a doggy spa to clean the coat with no bathtub needed!Brushing: I can brush your dog as is to get out the undercoat and remove loose hairs. Brushing is included post-barkbath. It is included as a freebie for short, easy to brush coats W/ANY PURCHASE. For super curly or long coats, this is affordably priced!Medication Administration: More of a miscellaneous service, some people need help administering medication for their pets. This includes applying topical, injectable, otic, and other medications. I have also applied CGMs (continuous glucose monitors).
